Return and Refund Policy

At Marvel Shop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms below.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items that have been used, damaged through misuse, or are otherwise not in their original condition may not be eligible for return.

Please include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the item.

Please do not send an item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Send us your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue.

Where appropriate, Marvel Shop may provide a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at jasminewealth68@gmail.com.

We will attempt to cancel the order before it is processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it, and the standard return process may apply.
